Q: How can I find a comparatively cheap apartment in Changsha?

Not much demanded but just okay to live in and expect some apartment with air-conditioner,washing machine,TV and network,costing about 600Yuan in Changsha,the capital city of Hunan Province.

easy... move to the country side, ive been here 8 years and still the cheapest i had was 700 per month and i had more problems than i could handle
