Well, what is your age then?
If you are a young guy with Western look then you shall not have too much troubles to find a girlfriend - just go to English corners and search for appropriate one - a lot of girls there will agree to become your girlfriend in order to improve their English for free.
If you are middle aged / older guy so you will have quite a touch time to find a reasonable girl/woman for serious relationship.
Shall you search for lover so no trouble at all - with the crack on sex industry in Dongguan there are a lot of girls interested but it has its price ...

There's no special secret to getting a girlfriend in China that's different than any other place in the world.
1) If you're not white, you will have troubles getting a silly native Chinese girl.
2) if you're white and not getting any Chinese girls, you can't get girl anywhere! The girls who are easier than Chinese girl are Thai and Vietnamese. Please consider changing your location!
