Try this method:
Open Google (or similar search engine) and type in "teaching jobs in Qingdao" - then follow the links to countless job advertisements and recruiters.

Are you currently in Qingdao? Go to Lpg or Little Lpg and get to talking to the foreigners there, they'll probably put you in touch with the right opportunities. I know this because I live in Qingdao.

@Shining_bro Maybe not for your typical ESL gig since salaries for those type of jobs aren't the highest. However, the international schools (the ones that offer SAT, A-Level etc style curriculum and prepare Chinese or other nationals for study abroad) are beginning to fall in line with regards to salary expectations. Not as high as cities such as Shenzhen perhaps, but not as low as the salaries I've seen on offer for similar teaching jobs in Shanghai and Beijing (surprisingly enough).
With regards to doing business, I think that Qingdao has alot of potential. Decent amount of tourism because of the beach, a subway system is in the works and a fair bit of investment is being poured into Huangdao (which is sth of a new town/development zone). Huangdao, with the construction of the Oriental Movie Metropolis (Dong Fang Ying Du) seems to be positioning itself as a getaway resort for people living in Qingdao proper and the smaller surrounding cities - the district has undergone alot of expansion over the last ten or so years.
I'd definitely that Qingdao, as a city is worth a look. Could possibly for third in line for northern China after Beijing and Tianjin. Hope that this helps mate 
you picked a bad place to start if you have no experience, the best teachers are at the international schools here, well credentialed, lots of foreigers in qingdao, so many will teach cheaply for cash just to be on the beach here. universities will offer lower wages than jinan because every foreigner wants to live in a seaside city and they can get some cheap whore, sorry i mean foolish teacher to take the low salary, and the cycle continues. working for a training school that has an office there, but work in another city first and transfer to qingdao would be another option, amio offered me a job there for 12k but wanted me to work in jinan for one year first, i declined. good luck to you, try huangdao south of the city and work your way up with networking to something better.
