Q: How can i get my FEC ?
I have worked at my school for over 4 years and this this year took a turn for the worse and I ended up been very depressed in my job. So I handed my 30 days notice to my boss and he went crazy and threatened me a lot. He said he would black list me among other things! Now I'm still working my notice at this job. The boss is ignoring me and still not produced my FEC letter. The only email he sent me was that I have to give him my passport ASAP.
I'm really stuck on what to do!
Can anyone help or give me advice?

Dial SAFEA (Foreign Expert Bureau) in your Province and ask them for help and advice.
Enter 'SAFEA' in search above for address and contact no. in your Province.
School is required to give FEC Cancelation letter to you or to your new RP sponsor/employer in 30-days after your last working day. ----->Chinese law!
Blacklisting is bluff of your previous employer. Such a thing doesn't exists!
However, I believe there is a record on FT at SAFEA, especially at grave FT's Contract violations. That is just my hunch.

Yeah like icnif77 said go to SAFEA and the PSB where you get your resident permit and find the officer that speaks English and one phone call from them will take care of it.
if your in a province that enforces a 5 year rule, he may not realize you have to go anyway, so you could blame the rules on your departure.

Why would boss behave like that, if 5-years rule applies?
Someone asked why haven't there been any visa questions and the door blew open.
