Q: How can i know if the cosmetics on TaoBao are real or fake?
wo bu dong cosmetics......and my GF asked me to buy here some.........she sent me the links to the products on TaoBao and asked me to check if they are real and fake .but the thing is wo bu dong zhe ge dong xi...............so i need some advice or clues to know which is which
no way to know for sure if it is real or fake on taobao. the general rule is if the seller has favorable comments you will get a "quality" product.
she should know about it. My ex used to buy from taobao. But don't trust the favorable comments only. Recently there was a news that even in Amazon and other sites 1/3 of the comments were fake. Some were paid or some done by the seller or company itself.
I usually ask my colleagues to talk with the seller about real/fake etc and I ask them to tell the seller that if I find fake I will return it. Then only I buy it. Choose mostly medium priced products (neither expensive nor cheapest one). Compare the price and product at www.360buy.com. Some of my colleagues think later one is better than taobao.
Good luck...well there was a recent research news that at least 1/3 of the woman's lipstick is consumed by a man whenever he kisses her or vice versa
