You probably can't if you're not already in China.

What about TEFL Course online? It is not valued the same as an in-class Course, but ...

 

I came to China with completed i-to-i TEFL Course and I've never needed anything else. I spent some 350 GBP ... in 2009.

 

Outside of China, some schools have clearly written "Online certificates aren't accepted ..." at their job adverts.
