Q: how can I tell my boss THAT he sucks on every level, and of course in a polite way?
he is chinese, middle aged ex farmer who made too much money and just got a lousy way of talking with people...
In English should do it and smile while you tell him in a calm friendly voice. Or for a fee I will do it for you.
"If you f### you wife like you do your job, no wonder she is scr##### around", then you avoid the unpleasantness of having to pinpoint what you think he doesn't do well. Doing that can quickly turn awkward.

If you just want to be polite it's easy to insult him. If you want to be polite and keep your job it will take a little more thought.
I'll tell you how and it'll work.
1.Get his email.
2. Make a new email account on none common email service provider.
3. If you're a girl, select yourself as a man, Change the birth date to very old or young, so they can't match you.
4. Let him have a it, tell him how you feel and if you want to sound more different and not as your real self, change the grammar pattern.
5. Use : we, us, and all. Don't use "I". To easy to point it out to one source.
6. After this it's time to post his skills and issues online and blacklist his school on useful websites and tot op it off make sure he gets an email link of his school being blacklisted.
I've never had trouble setting people straight, whether they've been my boss or not. As for being polite, I guess you just say "I think you're an awful, awful man" instead of "I think you're a c**t."

Just remembered something that is actually intended as a pay negotiation trick, but with modifications you can make it work.
For pay-negotiation.
1. Go to the boss' office
2. Drop you pants
3. Tell your boss you will run out of the room screaming "RAAAAAPE" if he does not raise your pay
For telling you boss off
1. Go to the boss' office
2. Drop pants and run out screaming "RAAAAAPE" and then tell everyone outside the office what a monster he is.
