Q: How can I upload my resume instead of creating one online

On the issue of creating a resume online I think it's not easy because some fields don't have information concerning my country Zambia eg. Universities etc. Therefore, I'm forced to enter information which is available but not what I need to put. I have my resume in PDF and if only there can be that provision to applaud it,

I had students in China applaud at my entry to the classroom ... angel

I certainly had a panda-like status at my time in China ...

You want to upload ...broken heart

Yeah, go ahead ...

Press edit and change applaud to upload..

Blondie_:

this poster won't be back.

the majority of new posts these days are either spammers or (fake) accounts that post 'questions'  that the most basic internet search can answer more easily

so the OP can change 'applaud' to 'upload' in the question, but fails to do so in the question.
this lack of attention to detail and absence of any other response does not indicate this being a real poster.

a genuine poster would engage

really ECC, is this the best you can do?no

icnif77:

OP had to leave one applaud intact to prevent messing with the context of all replies ...

We're rules bound ... here, what's the matter with you?. broken heart

Did you ever think, how that happened, i.e. wrong word with the similar pronunciation ...?

Somebody, who's not that fluent in English transcribing the voice from the tape ...

I guess, they have somebody, who records future questions and then somebody else has to turn voice on the tape into a written words ...

How will you do that? or, maybe better 'Why would you do that?'

Both words sound the same ... only very fluent Englisher can spot the difference ... by listening the recording.

You should step out of the English into any different language you might know ..., he he.

Poster doesn't see the difference ...

I am thinking, they might have a tool, which turns the spoken word into written, similar to streams, when you press dubs on. Try once and see what is written comparable to the spoken word.

It bothered me, how that could happened and I combined 'not that fluent English listening to the voice, tape'.

a basic 'spell check' highlights not only incorrect spellings but grammatical errors.

If I am writing in another language this is what i would do to minimise errors.

A:That is a typical Chinese style blackmail! I wouldn't worry for the WP application expiration at all!WP application doesn't expire. It is either approved or rejected and that is known fairly fast, 2-weeks time the longest. I'd find another employer, Z visa sponsor ASAP, sign new contract and start with WP application all over again. You might also try and find out at which office your employer applied for WP and speak to them (.gov) in person. They have at least one person there, who understands and speaks English. I'd say, your employer most likely never applied for anything. Employers in China must hold an authorization certificate to hire foreigners. If an employer doesn't have such an authorization, it cannot sponsor foreigner for a Working permit and Z visa. Most language schools in China don't have such an authorization, because it's a costly thing to obtain for one ...You could also ask your employer to show you a foreign hire authorization certificate. It's an A4 format paper with text in Mandarin and several red-ish ink stamps.I've always wanted to see an employer's foreign hire authorization before I've inked the new contract. That prevented many shady deals employers in China were/are playing. See this: https://english.www.gov.cn/services/liveandworkinchina There are two web links on the bottom. Send them a message and find out, if that Chinese state org. can advise and help you. Good luck! -- icnif77
