Q: How can we encourage new members to join?
I often see over 20, sometimes 30 guests online, but many seem to be lurkers.
How can we convince them to join the fray?
And more importantly, how can we get new members to come here, all the while avoiding the wu maos or brain-dead expats plaguing other foreign forums and websites?

we asked this question awhile back but I think we scared them off.
the Question was about new blood.
at the end we decided that Kchur was right and we had to offer gift baskets.
wich led us to the Question who would pay for them.
