Q: How can we foreigners get into wang ba?
i heard there is a new rule, like if u wanna use computer at wang ba then u gotta have chinese ID card..
How can we expats deal with it??

i tried everything. they didnt let me use the computers. damn
Most of these places do not accept a passport or FEC, on occassion if someone at the front desk has some competence, they would understand the passport number. The best way, to be honest, is your student card" if your a student", or find a Chinese friend who can make a copy of is ID card or help you at the counter.
Now, before you think of how stupid this is, let me explain why it's this way. In the past five years, government documents, banking documents and corporations have been hacked into exclusively by some really intelligent hackers in China. Usually, when the real IP address is finally surfaces after months of breaking VPNs they find that these hackers are using Wang Ba as there staging poing. Similiar to disposable cell phones in America. You use it once, do the damage, and toss it away, no paper trail and nearly impossible to remember everyone who could have possibly been the culprit.
