I work in a training school, want to change employee before my contract would end.
How too push school to transfer RP, FCE or other documents to another school in the same city. Or can I do it by myself at the place where I've got my RP?
i'm non native, with official z visa, RP, FCE, 28 yo, BA, TEFL.
Signed a piece of paper-contract without any seals or stamps, only signatures. There is a paragraph about leaving school earlier, like I need to pay fine in amount of 4000 RMB. does this paper have any force? is it legitimate?
im more than sure my current school will try to make my life as difficult as it's possible ( they tried to steal passports from some other teachers... )

If you have all the legal requirements for being employed, first find a new employer.
when you have signed the new contract after doing due diligence - no excuses for signing a vague and fuzzy contract you should ask (write in an email) your present employer for the following:
A canceled FEC - make sure it has the red stamp
a reference written in Chinese and English
depending on your relationship with your current employer, you could come to an agreement about leaving early. If not, a "family emergency" at home is a good thing to mention. Not exactly the most honest, but......
remember, if your current employer asks where you are going to work next, it is none of their business.
Keep things civil and courteous.
Type 'SAFEA' in the search above, and you'll find address and contact no. in your city. Call them, and ask them (nicely!) for advice on the matter. Contact numbers on the web link are Provincial headquarters numbers.
I suggest, you ask SAFEA for advice! as 'I don't know what to do...and similar.
Once you'll tell them your name and School you're working, they will step into action, if necessary.
Sorrel above is right, you need new RPermit sponsor/employer first.
When you have that, submit Resignation notice to your present employer. Find one or more parts on the Contract, your employer doesn't respect, as 'repeated late salary', 'more hours required to work than per Contract',' something missing in your apartment (TV, fridge)', and state that as cause for RNotice.
Try to respect Contract on part 'Resignation notice should be 30-days'. I'm not sure about your paper, but don't walk away! If Contract says, 120 days RNotice, I suggest you follow that.
Give RNotice to your present employer, with your last working day clearly stated.
Your employer is required by Chinese law to give you (or your new employer) in 30 days after your last working day 'FEC Cancelation Certificate' and 'Release letter' ( not Recommendation letter). both must be stamped with red round stamp on the bottom.
Your new sponsor will need this two documents to extend your RPermit.
As I see it very quick, you'll probably need SAFEA's (Foreign Expert Bureau) help to retrieve these two documents. You might expect troubles with your last salary, too.
Good luck!
