Q: How to Check a Proof of funds document ?

I have a copy of Proof of Funds and I need to know on how to check its validity or anyone who has a strong relationship or connection with bank of china or even from the ministry of finance.

Go into any Chinese bank and ask them about it!

I deal mostly with China Merchants Bank and in every Province I visited CMB, there was at least one Chinese English speaker.

No such luck in most of BOC, so you'll probably need Chinese English translator.
