Q: How do i get the email contact of the jobs i apply to? How do I upload my certificates on my resume

1st. Write into your CV/Intro-part:
"Please, reply to my email address and I will forward you my CV with photo and other required documents attached as files."
2nd. Sit-down and wait for the replies!

One could add before the text above:
"I am unable to upload required files to my CV! Please, ...."
... and, then ... you have an answers to both of your Qs.
