1st. Write into your CV/Intro-part:

 

"Please, reply to my email address and I will forward you my CV with photo and other required documents attached as files."

 

2nd. Sit-down and wait for the replies!

"I am unable to upload required files to my CV! Please, ...." 

 

... and, then ... you have an answers to both of your Qs.
