Q: How do I get paypal to stay in english.
Paypal keeps randomly going into Chinese. All the while a little American flag sits in the corner. I get why it is going into chinese...I am in China...but even when I set the language to English it will always jump back to Chinese a minute later...any ideas?

Of course, if you were using a VPN you would not run into these snags.
A VPN wont help with the "checking out" page if your Bank card on PayPal is a Chinese bank Card. You'll have to learn how to navigate through it.
also, set on browser " do not track me" and "do not allow the website get my physical location" and such stuff
Trying to log in to your foreign PayPal in China might trigger a anti-scam lockdown of your account. That's what happened to mine. It took me a long time to reactivate it, because they send some code which I could only read on my credit card statements. I don't get Dutch credit card statements in China.
