Q: How do I get strong painkillers in this country?

Don't worry - I have a legit (and painful) medical condition that flares up about 2-4 times a year.

And, unfortunately, my body is building up a tolerance to codeine :(

I will suggest you see a doctor and find out what is available.

Abroad, you can buy easily acethominofen (aspirin) in 250 mg or 500 mg strenght, here in China is only 50 mg. So, to equal Excedrin or one of those, you will need a 10 to 1 ratio.

From your question I gather normal aspirins just will not do it for you, this is why I suggested a doctor to give you some more powerful, maybe some narcotic type pain kiillers.
