Q: How do i get to Tesco from Batong Line or Sihui Station?
Heard there is a Tesco here in Beijing, but have no idea where it is or how to get there? Any suggestions?
You better be quick cause Tesco is shutting shop in China and rebranding as a JV with a Chinese company.
In saying that all the major three Walmart, Carrefour, and Tesco stock nearly all the same items.
From Sihui (not Sihui East) exit the station south, walk underneath the highway to the bus station. Catch the 495 and its the first stop on baiziwanlu. I used to go there when I climbed at Ole gym but Im not sure if its still open.
There's another Tesco across the street (east side) of Happy Valley. A subway stop will be open just north of it sometime in 2014 - Line 14, maybe? Bus 41 stops at that Tesco, as do a couple of other buses, because there's a major bus terminus just south of the amusement park.
