It doesnt become easier just because it is china. You gotta make the connections first and then job will come. Same gig as any place

I don't get the question, frankly. (Or are you taking the piss?)

A writing job in China... I'd think you would want to start in your home country and then fan out after you've perfected your craft.

What language do you write? If Mandarin, you might land an internship with an ad agency, TV station or film studio in China. (That is, if you have the right contacts, as Bike points out above.)

I highly doubt anyone here is looking for a poet or scriptwriter in any language other than Mandarin. So, good luck wherever you are in the world.
