Q: How do I submit Photos to ECC?

I came across an interesting photo today I wanted to share and realized I don't know how to upload it.  What is the correct size and format? Can I copy and paste from a photo app? Thanks.

Thanks for the method, baby, however I tried the exact same process several times that day with no results. It turns out it was an ECC upload problem with my MBP. It works fine on with my PC with W10.
