enter old password, click 'change password', enter new password twice, and click 'enter'. That's online.

It is slightly different at the Bank. If you have Chinese Bank account, password is called 'Zhanghao' in Chinese.

Where ?   at banks you can do it at ATM machines, by clicking on change passwords, or ask a teller that you wish to change passwords.  Here at this site, follow instructions at FAQ just under SEARCH button to the right of ASK on top of page.  At any other place, please name the place.

The answer is in your question, you change them. no matter where..email, bank, whatever.
