As i konw,almost all bus stations in Kunming can take a bus to Dali. Nearly 6 hours. You can get a bus in the Nanyao Bus Station ,close to the Kunming Train Statin,to Xiaguan of Dali, then you should take NO. 4 orNO. 8 bus to the center of Dali.
