In China? I don't suppose you can access youtube videos but in the event you can there are a number of YT downloader options.
I won't want to mention a specific name but suppose you use Firefox browser - they have several 'add-ons' you can click and integrate right into the browser and some will even put a 'Download' button next to any video.
There are a number of free independent software programs (maybe they are a bit better or more options) you could find from trusted sites like 'download' .com
(I use Opera and its got a little add-on that works for any videos).
I don't keep up with YT but I'm told they just have their own download option now? Like right under the video says 'download'.

this what You describe is exactly real-player plugin... "download" button by every "downloadable" movie :)

Real Player. This is a specific commercial software vendor with their own supported file-types, advertizer and 'pay service' supported programs.
I do see, after installing Real Player, they do have a function allowing one to download videos,
however,
I would not recommend Real Player for that very reason that it is heavily commercialized and installs a whole lot of software and will nag you to buy this and subscribe to that at every turn.
IF your simple objective is to download videos from YT you can do better I'm sure.
*but then again, I won't allow 'Real' on my computers so if you tried it and like it then maybe it's just great.
