 It depends on your level of 'disturbance,' I guess.

 

It is the same as when heavy/big person is buying food. Most of them they need much more 'mi fan' than me with only 68 kg. 

 

I got to rest now. My O2 container is nearly empty.

Most medicine, including psych meds, are OTC. You can order online too. I get my thyroid meds from http://www.360kad.com/ . They have a psych category too.
