Don' t partner for business with Chinese people, you have 99% chances to end up screwed over and the courts will always side with Chinese citizens.

Or they will expect to earn 50% while doing 5% or the work.

Foreigners can actually own 100% of their company in China, learn Mandarin, build guanxi and you don't need any Chinese around if for your employees.
