It depends on what exactly you mean. I've been to Chengdu a lot and usually when I go I check out a live gig at Little Bar. I find the bar has quite a social atmosphere and I get talking to quite a few people each time I'm there. Cafe Paname has some great drink deals (especially for the ladies) and some really strong cocktails. You can't go too wrong there.
