Q: how to find an English native speaker who can teach English.

I live in shenyang and I am seeking some English native speaker who can teach kids English as a part time job, but I don't know how to find such a person. I've asked some friends to do me a favor but no answers. is it weird to talk to the strange foreigners on the street about it? Do you have any good suggestions or any friends to recommend? please help me!

Hi jackie2014

can you supply a 'Z' visa for the successful applicant?

If not, what you are asking for is for someone to work illegally.

In addition,

you have failed to supply ANY information about what you are offering a potential employee, which to be honest makes you sound like a fake just trolling.

Legitimate employers usually advertise with a lot more than "I am seeking some English native speaker who can teach kids English as a part time job"

As i suspect, you won't reply ............no

Sweet little business.....post crab pot job requests, get some crabs in the pot, report them for wotking illegally, receive the bounty, repeat. A little immoral for my taste.

Post an ad on monster.com urging people from the west to come to one of the most crowded and polluted cities in the world's most crowded and polluted country. Explain that a qualified applicant should appear white and foreign and preferably not a sex offender (negotiable). Explain to the candidate that he should arrive on an L visa and that accommodation will be provided. Explain that job duties include jumping up and down screaming the names of fruits and being a punching bag for small kids. Explain that salary is negotiable but will surely be below the poverty line in the applicant's native country. Once you find a suitable applicant and he arrives, have him live in your home to make sure your kids can have a full English immersion environment. Pay him 200 yuan per class hour but schedule few classes to save you money. Instead have English meals where your kids talk to the foreigner. Oh right, mention free meals in the job advertisement. Confiscate the teacher's passport for "administrative processing" upon his arrival to ensure a long term immersion environment for your kids.

You can post your request on the "JOBS" tab on this website. Be specific and clear about what you are looking for and how much you will pay, etc.

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
