Q: How to find recreation basketball leagues?

I am located in Hangzhou and i am trying to find out where good places to play organized basketball are?  Also good places for pickup basketball.

You can usually find a pickup game anywhere with hoops open to the public.

 

A few guys I knew used to go to an area under an overpass that was a sort of community area with exercise equipment, dancing aunties, old fellas doing tai chi and about 10 basketball hoops. They knew and were friendly with the regular players there, they'd usually get a game with someone and sometimes drink a few beers with them afterwards.

 

Basketball isn't really my thing but I went a few times, it was always laid back and fun.
