If you're already in Guangzhou, go directly to the campus. They have an international office there and then ask for information. Generally speaking, once you enroll for a course (be it Chinese language course, undergrad or graduate) the people at the office will give you information about the rooms they have on campus. I think the fee was around RMB 1500 or so per month... Not quite sure. Again, visit their office first.
