Q: How to get a Russian teaching job in China?

Sending job inquiries to different universities is time consuming and not efficient. Where do the universities post their job openings? Thank you for enlightening me.

If they aren't advertising then that means they aren't hiring....you have to check ads regularly.

Heilongjiang is a good bet especially Haerbin. Maybe in Dalian. Try searching for universities in those cities on the internet and applying directly. I assume you are a Russian native speaker otherwise it could get difficult.

I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
