Try googling it the only thing that I've found were something about a restaurant with music. Some people said it was a good experience other people said it wasn't a good experience. That's the closest thing that I've come to a schedule in Xi'an. There can be a schedule somewhere in cyberspace your best bet would be to check google again or yahoo search.
