If you work in China, not a problem but if you will go overseas a Chinese MBA is not well regarded unless it comes from Hong Kong.

Outside of China it's worth about the same as the paper it's printed on.  Maybe for a small company it can be pulled off.  But for the rest, it's just a little star on your resume equal to saying you were the student body president during your undergrad studies.

why is that? you mean even if it is from prestigious universities such as Peking or Tsinghua

Because for the right coin and know the right people, you can straight up buy one (or at least make sure you don't actually fail any classes no matter how you perform)

DaBen:

I wouldn't say unmarketable. If the position strictly says you have to have a masters, and you don't have the years of experience so they wouldn't look too close, then you'll be on the fence about them accepting it. It's resume fluff and that's all you should treat it as. For the right company it can put you ahead of some guy that just finished his undergrad studies, or it could stand a chance to catch the eye of some HR guy that's quickly flipping through a stack of resumes.

But it's a lot of time and money, and not worth the investment (from a business sense). Now if you got money to blow and you are trying for a way to prolong having to join the working world, then you can do it have fun. But if you're hoping for a scholarship as well, don't expect to have too much fun, they get pretty strict on the rules when you get one of those.
