Is easier to chinglish...   and it makes sense...   I mean they understand,,,  so,,,  ....   If one speaks proper, grammatically correct English, it just slows the whole communication process..

 

and chinglish is cool,,   It is like some Orwellian non-speak...  or sth crazy like that...    u can just kinda make up language as u go along....  Try doing that in my hometown!  people would think you were off your Prozac..   angry

Within 1 week of seeing my first girlfriend here.  Just like how people pick up foreign accents when living abroad...I picked up stupid English talking to my gf everyday based on how she spoke to me.

If you want to know why I will quote her..."no why"

I've found  I have started saying 'maybe' much more than is required. AKA "I think, maybe five minutes is not too far to walk, we don't need a taxi." I don't really think 'maybe', I know exactly what I mean, but "maybe' just slips out. I blame China.
