Q: How long did it take for your tummy to adapt to China?

Been here for 3 months now, teaching English in a private school here in Beijing. And for the last 94 days, I can't recall having a single normal trip to the bathroom. I never felt so loose in my entire life... is it only me or is there anyone else who got the same problem? How did you get over it?

The food is delicious, but it ain't yummy for my tummy... Crying

I answered another one of your questions with a list of Chinese names for western tummy meds. Check that, hope it helps.

The biggest thing is just giving your body time to adjust to the onslaught of bacteria or find cheese and eat a lot of it.

In all honesty I eat just about anywhere and most things and "touch wood" have never had a problem.
