It'll be a year and one month between the time I started looking into it and the time I actually get there. I would have gone after a I figured out where I wanted to go if I didn't have responsibilities here to contend with. My job and healing being the biggest.

It was about 6 months for me. I was in a position at the time where I could pretty much do or go where ever I wanted, and it took that long to research schools, do the paper work, and finish up my obligations back home. After that, it was just a matter of deciding what offer to accept, hop on the plane, and land here to take a shot at it! Glad I did. It's been one heck of an experience.
