Q: How long do I need to stay in Honk Kong on a visa run?

Once I cross, can I return or will I need to stay a minimum of 1 day? I am on a 1 year, multiple entry, 60 day duration, tourist visa and am going to get a fresh 60, but have never done the HK trip before.

Once they stamp your passport you are able to come back. But usually it would be better to take a look around. Hong Kong has a lot to offer and a lot to see.

you have to wait,and it will take one day,if you hand over in the morning you will get it the following morning,well done

You can exit and return right away, but it would be a waste.
If I could stay I would never leave Hong Kong....spend a night or 2 and explore..shop, eat, drink...have fun. It's a great city!!

You can cross the border and turn around and come back as it is only a stamp that you are looking for, that will take less then an hour. But Hong Kong really rock and it is worth it to spend the night in the mansions in Kowloon for about 150 hkd you will be right in the heart of the action. Get sonme real western food and some Hong kong pussy and come back the next day.

A:I'll give my two cents on the age part. It's not as easy but can definitely be done. I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country.
