Q: how long is your medical valid for?

How long is your medical report valid for in China, i had one done about 4 months ago would it be still valid?

Depending for the reason it was done.  Mine was for the residence permit, and it says on the booklet with the results that it is good for 6 months.

i have had only one when i arrived 2 years ago,z working visa renewed 3 times but didnt need medical again  for renewal

Depends on age and province. If you are over the age of 50 you will require on every year, some provinces such as mine only require one and have successively renewed my r visa for 4 years without a new one. The law is validity for 3 months for receiving your z visa but you have yet to except a job you will no doubt have to do another one most likely in China, "cheaper and less thorough",
