Look, Scandinavian guy, you are not exactly the fountain of tact.

Echinacities front page is replete with every crime that every foreigner ever committed in China and now you put up a post like this one.  Doesn't help the brand at all.

Did they pay you to do it?

And never mind your glib answer.

Scandinavian:

I' ve noted down the date of the first wumao accusition ever against me. The question should have been ' have you ever gotten caught stealing a bike in China' for your kind answer to make sense.

Are you alright, Scandinavian?

Scandinavian:

Yup. Thanks for asking. We Vikings stand until the end. (even if it is raining and slightly cold)

You're not a Viking at all -- stop the game, you little adorable piece of overcooked meatball.  From what I hear, you are a Minnesota viking, meaning an immigrant viking, or is it a deported one?  In any case, indeed we are concerned about you.

Second link won't open.

From the first link...

"The bike tax is aimed at raising $1.2 million per year in order to improve and expand paths and trails for bicyclists and pedestrians.

Supporters point out that Oregon has no sales tax, which means buyers won’t be dinged twice for their new wheels."

if they don't tax bicycles where will the money for the improvements come from? To quote Theresa May "there isn't a magic money tree"

This is where right wingers show themselves to be completely illogical. Conservatives should be fiscally conservative , meaning you pay for what you get (not borrow, not someone else paying for it). Bike tax in order to pay for bike facilities, great idea

Oregon charges out of state trucks a mileage tax of .16 a mile instead of fuel taxes by gallons. If you deliver a product to Portland by truck from New York and then Los Angeles, the tax for Oregon would be more than 40 percent of the road taxes for the whole trip through 15 to 20 states depending on the route. This is how Oregon makes money and why loads to Oregon run 2 dollars a mile or more. Also Oregon speeding tickets for five miles over the limit start at 360 dollars. Trucks and speeders pay over half the budget because the locals have such high property taxes and income tax already. I forgot the 15 percent surcharge tax on rental cars usually paid by people out of state also. Every piece of land is regulated to the point that farmers build nice homes inside an old barn for the outside appearance, because you can't have a house on some farmland. No expansion of Portland is allowed so the buildings keep getting higher and the traffic gets worse. Now they want to start charging a mileage tax on personal vehicles by making everyone use GPS. They are testing the idea right now. The poor guy who can't pay for a car or the parking in Portland should be screwed with the tax. I suppose the cars who have had out of state trucks pay and build their roads for years could chip in a little more to keep other cars from getting in their way, no, that just screw the little guy some more, don't use vaseline just dry hump his ass and use his own blood.
