I bet not 1 in a 1000. who uses that? Is it just American ? or other peeps too ?

cool. we used it a little bit when I was a boy in Texas, but no more than the other teen-age terms.... pud, pudendum, box, tail, muff, the 'C' word (which girls seem to Hate btw), but no one has yet managed to de-throne the Queen Word - starts w/ a P and sounds like a cat. (I dunno what one can say on internet and what is verbotten).
By all the thumbs down I'm guessing more than you thought .
