Q: How many IKEAs in China?
IKEA is a great place for expats to buy furnitures in China. I only see one IKEA store even in big city like Beijing. The only other city I know there is a IKEA is Shenyang. I wonder how many cities in China now have IKEAs and why the company does not try to open more in China.

1 Ikea is 1 too many. Fkn maze of poorly built over rated crap that you have to walk through just to get out.

We have the crap here as well. The place is full and very popular but as I said it's crap supported by good advertising targeted at the decision makers and self proclaimed stylists of the home. Women. Stuff looks pretty funky and is displayed well but is mostly crap as I previously said. Would be pretty overpriced in China I guess, but will probably make a lilling because of lower overheads and the fact that in Australia it has a huge customer base in Sydney at least from the Aussie/Chinese.
