It is difficult to answer your question as posted. Do you wish a natural or a plastic one ?. How tall?. I have never seen a natural one for sale as we are used to see back home, but if you really want one, visit a garden shop and buy one planted in a ceramic or plastic pot. Somewhere near 6 ft tall (180 cms) could run you after a good bargaining session around 300 Rmb.
Artificial ones will be sold at major supermarkets and/or Wal Mart if you have one near you. Small ones (maybe a foot tall) run about 80 Rmb, and I have seen some as tall as around 5 ft.
Another option is a trip tothe countryside, and try buying a pine tree from a farmer. Around here many hills are full of them.
