Q: how much does a scholarship student earn in Japan and south Korea per month?
just curious to know that's all.

Bachelor degree = 1400RMB
Masters degreee = 1700 RMB
PhD = 2000 RMB

Wow That's really low!! I'd say per month at least 2 to 3 grand!

In many cases, they will pay for your tuition and living expenses. Keep in mind that you have to wade through dozens of complicated forms. They don't screw around with their hardcore bureaucracy.
I've seen some offering to cover tuition, as well as expenses of up to 210,000 to 240,000 JPY per month. Look into checking the Jasso website if you're up to it.

I have to say it's too general to put it in this way.It differs with cities as well as the majors they study.Also,if we take your figures as the average salaries,they are still too low.At least,students just graduated with a bachelor degree can earn about 2500 RMB per month on average.Even ordinary factory workers with no degrees in Shenzhen can earn 2500 RMB or so per month easily.I am an accountant now in Shenzhen,and i studied in Changchun,a northeast city,lived in Wuhan,a central city,now am working in Shenzhen,a southern city.And i have friends working in almost all parts of China,so i think I know how much people earn approximately in all these parts.I can say my original comment was right to a large extent.
