Q: how much longer can this CNY go on?

wife has been off work for a month - 2 more weeks to go

family has been here (in my home) for a week +

me  Johnnie Walker and Clan Murray are having a love affair

wife is sleeping with the daughter

brother-in-laws friend wanted to trade women yesterday

BBQ  was a great success yesterday ..... great food and fun time....but I drank with some other family for the most part, more outrageous FUN!!!!

Why, in the hell does it take a month to welcome a flipping goat and kick out a horse, they all taste the same, when smothered in peppers garlic and ginger.

actually, they don't even know if it is a goat or a sheep  ,,they are different  ,,,  5000 more years of intrigue.

Although the CNY officially only lasts for 15 days, it has been known to go on forever, as if working the weekend prior makes up for a month or two of hanging out! Be patient. Eventually, all activities will fade into background noise, and you will find yourself waking up on white beaches, and beyond that, a far, green country!

BHGAL:

hot much doubt about that... I will not be here next New Year,,,I will be on a beach in the Philippines, I think

I was asking myself the same damn thing!  I haven't exactly kept track, but I bet I've been off work for a month! I'm ready to get back to work.  Thk goodness I do some private tutoring on the side.  Family in America can hardly believe I get such long, paid holidays.  angel

My school has us off for 7 weeks. Ughh. I am glad I found a winter English camp to do for 4 of those weeks. But, I am ready for it all do be finished. I am ready to get back into my regular classrooms, my regular routines, and see my students. Seven weeks off is too long. At least I have income going into my pockets. And, before we blink our eyes, another 2 month holiday off of teaching for summer. Thankfully, I have another English camp lined up to work at. I love doing camps. But, it is always nicer to get back into my apartment and my home city where I work and play.

It'll basically last as long as it takes for the massive baijiu regret/hangover to set in.

I have only got 4 weeks off, will start again on March 2.

Went 3 days to "celebrate" with my gf's family, then came back home. I got some work, I am building a website from scratch for someone.

My city is empty, literally, only the big chain supermarkets are open, you see one car per minute, the sidewalks are deserted. In my residence very few lights are turned on in the apartments at night.

It might be my favorite time in the year, but not for the celebrations, a quiet city, no dumb peasants to stare at me, no crowd where everyone talks about the foreigner right in his face, no spitting, no chaos on the road.
