yeah,, like expat mentioned it's easy to compare prices on the apple website. anyway, I thought I would mention a couple of other things... the new product unveiling is set for March 21, so you might want to hold off until they announce. Even if there is no new product for you, it sometimes knocks older products prices down.
the other thing is if you are into the nutty conspiracy mode, less chance the HK product will have Commie SpyWare™ installed.

20% at least. Bring cash Rmb or open CMB account for good exchange rate.
However, if you'll need repair in warranty, you'll be advised to return to HK shop.

Go to the hong kong apple store website and then go to the China apple store website. Convert the currency.
The prices for new macs are standard in a region so you can see exactly how much difference there is.

Actually to follow-up on Expats reply...
The Apple Chinese website is only in Chinese so here's how I've compared prices before.
1) Open two web browser windows. In the first one find the Apple HK store. In the 2nd one the Apple China store. The layouts are exactly the same
2) One step at a time, HK store first then China store click the links to get you to the MacBook section then the particular model & spec you want.
3) Look at be th prices. They will probably be the same number but HK is in HK$. Convert the HK$ price into RMB and look at the difference yourself.

Since you are obviously illiterate and have no computer savvy, I suggest that you seek the care of Dr. Kevorkian.
He may not help you on a personal level, but he'll certainly help us and the forum.
No where near 20% like another user suggested. The HKD-RMB exchange rate isn't as favorable as it use to be with 1 HKD at 0.84RMB when the norm use to be 0.80. Just using the Macbook Pro 13" and 15" base models as examples the savings only works out to 10% and 11% respectively.
Dont forget if you are a teacher or know a teacher you can 7-8% disount in Chinese Apple Stores. I think I saved about 800 RMB or so when I bought the middle model of MacBook Pro 13
