Transfering in has no limit at the China end so it will be up to the country you are transfering from. Australia lets you send any amount, but you must fill out declaration forms.

No You can transfer as much You transfer but cannot change to RMB,if change to RMB maybe only 50,000Usd a year/person,but now I hear regulation is change.pls ask to the bank
