Q: How much to pay for breast enlargement in Shanghai?

in a decent, but not too fancy hospital. lets say, the average price for average breast enlargement in Shanghai. Or do you recommend going abroad, like combination with a beach holiday in Thailand?

Don't go to Thailand because it's cheaper over there. Make sure you put health concern first.

luggi:

is it really cheaper there? i dont know. anyway, i think the standard in china and thailand should be approximately same.

Breast inplants in Guangxi Province goes between 4,000 and 6,000 Rmb for the operation according to a local plastic surgeon.

He claimed is not a big procedure, and while some prefer hospitalization, he has done many as out patient with good success if patient follows instructions and rest at home for 2 or 3 days.  It will be the patient choice, at least with him.

He made other suggestions which made sense to me.  He said cut should not be on the underside of each breast, and inplant put it, because the scar will be easily visible afterwards during intimacy, a sure give away for the procedure.  He does the incision undet the arm, at the pit, works a little more, but end result is better (he claims).  Many plastic surgeons are too lazy to do it his ways, he also claims.  Hair under arm pit will cover scar nicely, and procedure will be unknown by future intimate partners.

He also said to avoid silicone implants, to go with saline (like what you get on an IV) in case of a leak you will have no adverse effects.  No matter who said what, a silicone breast inplant is like a time bomb in your body, and could cause severe side effects, even cancer with time.  Most plastic surgeons in China work with silicone inplants, avoid them if refusing to do saline ones.
Another suggestion is not to make more than 2 cups sizes jump.  If you are an A cup, do not go behond a C, even better results from an "A" to a "B+" only, it will look more natural, and you will also avoid pain on back muscles for a while.

Hope this helps you to make a decision.

Whatever you decide to do, don't go for the cheapest option: There are a lot of reputable surgeons in Shanghai so make sure you find one that is attached to a real hospital (as opposed to a miscellaneous beauty clinic)  and has a lot of solid trustworthy reviews.

Remember, it's a complicated procedure and if something goes wrong (which is always possible) then you want experienced doctors on hand to sort it out. Plus, it's better to get a really good job once, and pay a lot for it than a botched job that you have to go back time and time again for repairs.

I was going to write a parody of this question in a new thread. Then I realized how I would look if I asked about the price of penis enlargements...
I can't think of a good joke, but this question is begging to be poked fun at. Anybody?

Please don't get breast implants unless you are extremely flat chested. I mean like your chest is imploding. Most men with any taste prefer naturals. I hate that women are getting fake booties now too. Who wants to smash a plastic blow up doll?

Why you need to do breast enlargement? Think about it again. You can have others option like breast massage, exercise and food intake.

If i want a girl with big boobs, blond hair, and white skin I would either stay home or go to Russia. I know women in Asia have dark hair, mocha skin, and small boobs. if this bothered me so much than iI would not date Asian woman.  If I found out my girlfriend has breast or butt implants it would be the end of out relationship as I consider that mutilation and not something that I want my children to experience.

A:In my personal experience, teaching certificates have varied in relevance depending on the context and location. Here's a breakdown of each aspect:a) Getting the teaching job: Teaching certificates can certainly enhance your chances of securing a teaching position, especially in formal educational settings such as schools and language institutions. Many employers prefer candidates who have undergone specific training in pedagogy and instructional techniques, which these certificates often provide. However, other factors such as experience, references, and the demand for teachers in a particular area also play significant roles in the hiring process.b) Getting a higher salary than your uncertified competitors: In some cases, holding a teaching certificate can indeed lead to a higher salary compared to uncertified competitors. Many educational institutions have structured salary scales that take into account factors such as level of education, years of experience, and additional certifications. Holding a teaching certificate may place you in a higher salary bracket or make you eligible for certain salary incentives or bonuses. However, this can vary widely depending on the specific policies of the institution or organization.c) Getting promotions: Teaching certificates can be beneficial for career advancement and securing promotions within the field of education. They demonstrate a commitment to professional development and mastery of teaching skills, which are qualities that many employers value when considering candidates for leadership positions or administrative roles. Additionally, some promotions may require specific certifications or qualifications, making holding a teaching certificate essential for advancement in certain cases.Regarding which certificate yields better results, it largely depends on the specific requirements of the job market and the educational context in which you intend to work. For example:A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) is often highly regarded in formal school settings and can be advantageous for those seeking positions in primary or secondary education.Montessori certification is valuable for individuals interested in working in Montessori schools or implementing Montessori principles in their teaching approach.A Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate is particularly relevant for those seeking to teach English to non-native speakers in international contexts or language schools.Ultimately, the best certificate for you will depend on your career goals, the specific requirements of the positions you're interested in, and the preferences of potential employers in your target job market. It's essential to research the requirements and preferences of employers in your desired field and tailor your qualifications accordingly. -- ruqaiya761
