Q: How much should I expect to pay for a place near New Pudong District + a metro line?

I am preparing to move to Shanghai and need to start pricing things out (will move in 1-2 months).

I will be living with my GF, so we do not want roommates. Aside from that I just want:

-a basic kitchen

-clean bathroom

-close to at least one metro line

The actual office is on: 浦东新金桥路 New Pudong Jinqiao Road

My wages/budget will be 13K CNY (and I'll probably pick up another p/t job later).

Prices/suggestions are welcome!

about 2000 or something like that

FruitIsGood:

That sounds/seems much more like a SHARED 3-4 bedroom apartment price range. ;/

Createach... 2000? in much smaller city.

This is Shanghai, and NP is one of the most expensive places there... I would say 5k+

2-3k - ok, but far from NP and city centre

Createach:

he is getting a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom...i think finding a 2000 RMB apartment is not that difficult

A:First answer from my nucleary powered search und spell check engine: "A misdemeanor (American English, [1] spelled misdemeanour elsewhere)"   To really answer your Q, 1. one had to be convicted of the misdemeanor some years ago; 2. She/he has to apply for an English teaching job in China; and-o ... one must be a native English passport holder ... then, such poster could really answer yer Q. After looking for more facts, I read misdemeanor is a crime!https://www.forbes.com/advisor/legal/criminal-defense/what-is-a-misdemeanor/READ This!   -- icnif77
