Q: How much you'll be fined for not getting residence permit after getting Z visa?
I got my Z visa around June 15 this year and forgot to get my residence permit! (since i thought now i have Z visa n went to police station everything is shipshape). so now i want to get so and i know they will fine me now. so I want to know how much i will be fined this time???
I've already done my temporary residence permit!

Z visa expire in 30 days after your entry to China
, or you have 30 days to get your RPermit after your entry day. After 30 days, you need new Z. Maybe you won't get fined, you'll probably be labeled as 'moronic' by PSB or by this Board.
The temporary residence permit isn't worth anything. Since you didn't get your RP, can I say you have already overstayed since June? I heard that the fines are 500RMB a day for overstaying. Better start counting your money. If you have come connections maybe, just maybe they may let you off but it is unlikely since they have been clamping down on foreigners who overstay. If they don't blacklist you, then you have to go back home and apply all over again.

actually I paid 8000 RMB for visa n stuffs couple of months ago
and i already have the brown book which allows me to have wrok and i also have temporary residence called "Lin shi hu kou" (临时户口） and also residence permit called Ju liu zheng (居留证）which is valid till may 2015
Later few weeks ago I was cought by police while i was working at another place. they fined 5000 to me and 10000 for school but the school paid all of it!!!
but the policemen after looking at my passport said i need to go to police station one more time to do residence permit! since i alomost went to jail i was freaked out so i called my visa agency and they did the temporary residence by misunderstanding!!!
the girl from the visa agency told me i am already legal but what i dont understand and comprehend this chinese law is why do i need to go to police station one more time??? what the hell did i left to do??
i would really really appreciate an answer to it! didnt have good sleep last night!!

Now I am confused. In your question, you indicated you forgot your residence permit. Now you say you have your residence permit. Which is which? Assuming you do have a residence permit, what Sorrel said is correct - you can only work in the place where the residence permit is issued for. Other than that I can't understand what you are trying to say as both your question and this reply contradict each other.
Your company should have helped you. Because of their stupidity you will be imprisoned, fined and deported. Your employer will also be fined
I think the expression you should be looking for, because you didn't bother to read the visa rules applying to your visa is: "screwed the pooch"
I'd suggest you head down to your local PSB and throw yourself on their mercy whilst playing the Stupid Laowai card as much as possible. Every day will only make the situation worse and by that I mean more days in lock-up.
After you get out of lock-up and get home, please send us a postcard.
DIY (Do It Yourself) using a visa agent, most schools/companies have no fucking idea what they are doing when it comes to visas. Also when you use a visa agent your visa will be tied to his/her company and not your employer, thus if you live your job your ex-employer can't cancel your visa, you can change job as many times you want. Most agents charge around a thousand RMB for the whole process, that includes the visa fee (200RMB), the Chinese translation of your qualifications and the RP, they take around 600RMB in their pocket usually.

cheer up ,you will finally find a solution to it. you shoul work at a lawfull company which have a complete system and remind you of the date befor any of you card being overdued. Take care of yourself

what i can understand from what you say is:
You have a valid RP for working on one school, but were caught working illegally in a second school.
You are only legal to work in 1 place (your RP is tied to only one place of work) and if your agent told you otherwise, you are being lied to.
your agent does not care about you - they only want to make money.
Get away from them as soon as you can and get 1 legal position, they are being dishonest.
If you have to go back to the police station, it is because of the illegal work, take a local friend you can trust
to be honest, you have only yourself to blame for running the risk of a second illegal job - you were caught.
