Q: How to register an import an export enterprise/agency as a Chinese national?

Hello everyone,

Hope or everyone is fine and having a great time. My brother in law (a Chinese national) want to start import and export enterprise/agency but as of our location here in china we doesn't have any information and also the local trade offices don't have it either. He actually wants to get the import and export license.so, he can do business between china and Pakistan. If someone have some information I will be really thankful to him. Looking forward for your kind replies........!!!

kind regards

Do you have a product lined up and customers to sell to?

first, it is trading company or logistic company?

if it is only import/export. then it is trading company.

The requirement is sooo simple like hong kong. just need the shareholder's id and supervisor's id to set up the company. it takes 2 weeks- 4 weeks to finish the whole process. after the company registration is done, then apply for the import/export license.

A:I'll give my two cents on the age part. It's not as easy but can definitely be done. I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
