Q: How to send excess baggage from Hangzhou to Australia?

I have five suitcases I want to send to Australia, as I am heading back to the real world for a while. I am in Hangzhou. Does anybody know of a reasonably priced and reliable freight company that can do this?

If I were you, I will seriously consider Chinese Postal Services.  Their parcel post rates to send things abroad are quite cheap, beats UPS, FedEx, etc by a mile.  Only draw back is it may take two to three months to get there.  I have done many times in the past, things have always arrived safety.  You may need to repack them in boxes, but the savings could be worth consideing.

I met two people in suzhou who were escorting two huge cases for 'former friends' who had invited them to visit then foised the cases on them. They were headed for the USA. One trip home, Chinese helped me past the scales and security, everything - no problems with numbers of bags or weights, but the plane stopped at another city. We changed planes and things went bad.
