Write into your intro letter: 'I'm unable to upload my document files. Please reply to my email (your email address), and I will forward you my photo, passport, degrees files and Recommendation letters.'

Then send everything as soon as you get reply from the potential employer.

I don't Windows on my puter, so I can just write on this website.

You could also ask Admin through 'Contact Us' on the bottom of this page. I'm not sure, if it's working.
